Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments were needed by a car wash company at 11 facilities within a limited time frame. aes discovered environmental risks at four of the sites, necessitating additional assessments to determine environmental impact. A pending re-finance agreement for the company was hanging in the balance.

aes performed a subsurface soil investigation utilizing GeoProbe® direct-push technology to collect soil samples analyzed to determine the soil quality. Sampling was also performed to determine the quality of site groundwater. A geophysical investigation was performed to ascertain the existence of underground storage tanks.

All field work and reporting tasks were completed on time and within budget prior to the client’s settlement date.
